The product and engineering teams at M-TRIBES keep working on new features and product enhancements. Here's an overview of what's coming next and what’s recently launched.
Features to become available in the next app versions or with the platform update.
Customers will be able to create multiple bookings at the same time by uploading a CSV file.
When creating a booking, tenants will be able to add custom content elements to stops, such as checklists, popup reminders or simple text blocks. These elements will be displayed in the app when a driver arrives at a stop.
Drivers will be able to unlock a vehicle they need to take to complete delivery right from the app. Similarly, drivers will be able to get access to designated vehicles at certain stops.
Features in development.
We're bringing support for credit cards to the Webbooker. When creating a booking, a customer will be able to pay for it with a card.
The M-TOOLS platform will start masking the phone numbers of customers and drivers. The masking feature will be hiding real customer numbers from drivers and vice versa to protect the privacy of both parties. Contact our support if you'd like to enable the feature.

We'll add an alternative GPS location support that works for special devices without Google Play Services to still operate with M-TOOLS on the device.
Previously released features.
Dashboard users will be able to manage metadata of organizations via the dashboard. Look for the Metadata section on the organization details page.
Tenants will be able to change the organization of a driver. This will make the redistribution of the workforce among organizations easy and straightforward.
Organization managers will be able to see a booking on the dashboard as soon as it is created and linked to their organization by the administrator. Consequently, the linked booking will only be visible to drivers working for this organization.
Tenants will be able to add attributes to organizations, such as external IDs, names, or notes.
We're bringing support for services to the customer app. If a tenant provides multiple services on the platform, a user will be able to choose between them before creating a booking.
