The product and engineering teams at M-TRIBES keep working on new features and product enhancements. Here's an overview of what's coming next and what’s recently launched.
Features to become available in the next app versions or with the platform update.
We're bringing support for credit cards to the Webbooker. When creating a booking, a customer will be able to pay for it with a card.
The M-TOOLS platform will start masking the phone numbers of customers and drivers. The masking feature will be hiding real customer numbers from drivers and vice versa to protect the privacy of both parties. Contact our support if you'd like to enable the feature.
Dashboard users will be able to export driver data as CSV right from the Drivers page.
Drivers will be able to unlock a vehicle they need to take to complete delivery right from the app. Similarly, drivers will be able to get access to designated vehicles at certain stops.

Dashboard users will be able to view driver force utilization metrics and various ratios between bookings and drivers per service area.
We're introducing the concept of packages. Soon, customers will be able to create bookings with assigned packages and print shipping labels. Drivers will be scanning packages at stops to confirm package pickup and delivery and dispatchers will be able to flexibly route packages using driver tours.
Customers will be able to save their frequently used places to the dedicated section of the profiles and reuse them when creating bookings in the Webbooker.
Dispatchers will be able to update certain booking and tour attributes after it has been dispatched.
When creating a booking via API, tenants will be able to add custom content elements to stops, such as checklists, popup reminders or simple text blocks. These elements will be displayed in the app when a driver arrives at a stop.
We'll add an alternative GPS location support that works for special devices without Google Play Services to still operate with M-TOOLS on the device.

Tenants will be able to change the organization of a driver. This will make the redistribution of the workforce among organizations easy and straightforward.
